Questions to Consider

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

Do I need a pre-authorization number?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Please call your Insurance company and check your coverage carefully by asking these questions and bringing the answers to your first session (not doing so may put you at risk for your first session being denied by your insurance provider if you fail to obtain a required pre-authorization).
