Meet the Daizy Mae!

A Golden Retriever (Daizy-Mae) has joined my practice as a Therapy Pet to facilitate the therapeutic process.

Should you have a pet allergy, fearful of dogs, or other concerns, special arrangements can be made prior to your appointment to accommodate your need to have her absent during your session. Please contact me with any questions or concerns regarding this issue. !

Cost

The typical session is between $100 to $130 per clinical hour (50 minutes). Please call for specific rates as the procedure code determines the fee. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please call your Insurance company and check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions and bringing the answers to your first session: (not doing so may put you at risk for your first session being denied by your insurance provider if you fail to obtain a required pre-authorization)

Reduced Fees

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis depending on demonstrated need. I am a Butte County Medi-Cal provider for some procedures (adult program only). Please note this program requires pre-approval from the county (call me for specific information).

Flexible Spending Accounts

FSA coverage may be applied to therapy. A receipt will be provided at the end of each therapy session which you may submit to your FSA account or insurance.
